Food porn from last year
Hello there, dear reader. As you may realize this is my second post for the year, as I’ve mentioned I’ll start making this space active again.
While browsing through the photos I transferred from my phone, I noticed most of them are pictures of what I ate! (gulp) And I was thinking, I was surely delighted during that very moment right before I popped it into my mouth that I want to have a memoir of it. But how about now? Maybe not.

True to their ad, ‘Love ko ‘to!’. It’ll leave your tummy feeling full and satisfied especially after a day’s hard work. The last photo is from Army Navy.

Have you ever felt that your tongue fancies something salty and crispy and fatty? I get that a lot especially after fully statiated with sweets. Mmmm.

Of course how can we forget chocolates on the list. It’s every girl’s happy medicine! Just one bite after lunch, or after dinner, or during snacks, or anytime you just feel like being happy.
And this, dear reader, contributed a lot to an increase from an M to an XL size a.k.a. my January 2013 body.
That’s a lot! How did you stuffed all of these?
I’m always hungry! Or so I thought.
Are you not aware that you are eating the wrong food?
I was unconscious.
But I eat that too an I’m still a size S.
Yes, you’re right. But I never knew that you could maintain your size while enjoying all of these until now. I have never heard of the words portion control, the right full, and limit consumption until now.
I’ve lots of excuse. I reward myself with food. I cared less of what I’d be just to satisfy my cravings. Which was wrong. All wrong.
No regrets though. Food is good. But not now. The key to fitness is realizing that it will always be a combination of diet and exercise. Two words that go together. One without the other is no good. It’s like coffee and creamer. Twiddledee and Twiddledum. Yin and Yang.
